Alot of the unneeded and childish comments on here is exactly why there needs to be a forum where other gay artists can go to communicate ideas and speak and get feedback on projects that just get addressed with jokes and hate on here.

newstoday isn't the most supportive environment for anyone, not just gay people - this is the "general public" don't you know!
a good friend of mine is gay and he's really opened up to me recently about how scared he is of people generally, you know how it goes, years and years of ridicule ever since he was a kid, it's gotta mess with your sense of self worth.
anyways best of luck and i think "gag" is a brilliant name, the logo will look ace i'm sure. i can see it it parra style or jasper goodall but i'm sure you have your own ideas!

is this your first time in the PVN? it is usually pretty childish, but there seems to be a little more hate than usual today. take a look at some of the other threads. must be the position of the planets or something. better luck on monday maybe.

thanks brian that was interesting / i know G.A.G is going to shock people and cause a bit of a stir and the logo will be pretty streamline + elegant but some of the posters / postcard and promo stuff to get the name out there will not be tame by any means its going to be a kick in the face to some conservative people and thats what its there for ... where not accepted into society as normal people in alot of places and often looked down on.

i was not joking. you're seriously going to get a lot of flack for the name GAG. if it's not up front, it will be behind your back.
but know this - i am in no way anti-gay. I live in Asheville, NC for god sakes. If I had anything against homosexuals I sure as hell picked the wrong city to live in. =)
As for the childish comments here - well that's just the fun of NT. I feel pretty confident that no one that made a childish comment really meant harm. This place is quite silly. (Go look in some other threads - yours is not special).
