Sorry to ask yet another pricing question...I've been searching and can't seem to find anything.

500-1500 per banner, roughly.
if you think relatively, $400 USD per day x 20 days per month x one year is roughly $50k per year.
if it takes you 2 days to do one banner, including client comments, you still want enough to make a profit as an independent.
more complex banners you can charge more. large agencies hire out designers for around a profitable $150 per hour or so, or about $5k per week.
for a expensive banner, i've heard of a large agency charging $10k for one banner concept - but that banner did win a gold pencil.
