Anyone use this?
For some reason when I try and download videos from certain websites (like IGN) they just stop after half a meg, anyone experienced this and know what might be causing it?
Not as reliable as BT.

i used them a few years ago, they were terrible. but they have nicer logo now so it could just be your problem.

Try empty your browsers cache.

i tried to sign up to them about four months ago, got nothing back from them, they took £60 quid off my card and claim to have no record of my order.

Only just been able to get through to someone who can deal with it this week...

they tried to charge me £120 to renew a contract THEY had broken just because the name had changed on our BT phone bill, after a few emails and phonecalls I spoke to the superviser and told him straight that I would never pay them any money, that I have already signed up with another ISP, and that if they think it is worth chasing me through the courts then go ahead because any judge would clearly laugh in the face.
I never heard anymore about it.

I'm just unfortunate that they took my install fee before I got a chance to cancel the direct debit.I would stear well clear of them.

If you are in a telewest or ntl area they are doing a good deal until theend of this month.
Phone, TV and broadband for £30 a month.
I was paying this amount just for my telly and phone so the bband is a bonus.

yeah, i know someoe who works for them and they just haven't invested enough in customer service, but also the connection is just not reliable. great sometimes but occasionally just sucks.
clearing my cache seemed to help tho...thnx
