they tried to charge me £120 to renew a contract THEY had broken just because the name had changed on our BT phone bill, after a few emails and phonecalls I spoke to the superviser and told him straight that I would never pay them any money, that I have already signed up with another ISP, and that if they think it is worth chasing me through the courts then go ahead because any judge would clearly laugh in the face.
I never heard anymore about it.
