yeah it was. Nick, did you grow up in HK? how long did you live there. we'd probably seen each other before. maybe.

I lived there from '75 - '93
Been back every year since though.
What school did you go to?

I went to St. Paul kindergarden and then to True Light elementary school until grade 3. It's kind of embarrassing because both schools were for girls only but they did let a few boys in.
We moved to Canada in 81. I would go back every year from 85-90. i went back again 92 and 2000.
I don't like it as much. it's too hot and too crowded. The shopping is tremendous. i've never been anywhere that had so much to buy!

were you born in HK jevad? When we grew up, we'd live near a lot of white people. My dad did a lot of business in Holland so most of his collegues were Europeans.
You guys must be loaded. hehe. all Europeans living in HK are rich!!

I don't remember the road, it's been so long. All i remember was going up part of the mountain from Causeway bay or Happy Valley.

I only have some memories of hk, it's like i had amnesia or something.
Are you going back again soon? I might go next year because my grandma is really sick and old. So i'd like to see her before you know.

I was gonna be going back at xmas like I always do but this year we're gonna be in the mountains - so it looks like spring will be the next visit

I would love to go during xmas, it's always so nice there during that time. I really can't stand the summers.

Xmas is the best time ever in HK...it so commercialised there...but man they go all out!

mickey mouse got his park in HK now and there`s still no bruce lee memorial or museum in HK, that sucks. just a Jacky Chan california Gym club, Dui!!!
