I am sure there are some ebay users here, I don't know it all too well so not sure who to ask over there but I thought I would check try here.
I sold two items on ebay, jeans to be exact to one person on ebay, 2 seperate auctions. The sizes were clearly listed. He never asked any questions during the auction, and after winning both items and I sent my ebay invoice with a reduced shipping rate since he won both auctions, he proceeded to tell me he decided only wanted one the one pair of jeans saying the other size was too large.
My initial thoughts were as Henry Hill says in Goodfellas "Fuck you, pay me"
My thinking is, the sizes were CLEARLY listed in the auction, he bid, if he didnt want them he should have emailed me before the auction ended.
Should I just tell him he has to by both, I am not too sure what common practic on ebay is in these situations.
Sorry if this is a dumb question :)

Yep, try for your money, bids a comitment to buy ect...
If he won't all you can do is leave - feedback and file a non paying bidder alert against him, this will at least get your listing fee back, usualy mentions that if payment isn't made you'll have to do this gets payment...
good luck.

yeah, get your money, he won the bid and so can't retract his offer to buy anymore. If anything, get ebay on his back.

aren't you supposed to get paid first b4 sending?

tell him he can sell the other pair on eBay or something

what webazoot said. and just hold out on the pair he wants as well and then he's double fucked. threaten him with a non paying bidder alert and usually ppl wise up.

Sounds good, thats what I will do.
No I have not sent anything in the mail yet, I am waiting for him to pay still before anything.
I just replied with:
Sorry, but you bid and won the auction, sizes were CLEARLY listed on the item page. If they were too big you should have never bid in the first place, or alternately notified me before the auction finished so that I could cancel your bid. I received no effort from your end to do so until after the auction closed. What you are doing is extremely bad eBay etiquette, and more importantly, bidding and winning an auction is a binding contract, you are obligated to pay for the auctions you have won.
