No I have not sent anything in the mail yet, I am waiting for him to pay still before anything.
I just replied with:
Sorry, but you bid and won the auction, sizes were CLEARLY listed on the item page. If they were too big you should have never bid in the first place, or alternately notified me before the auction finished so that I could cancel your bid. I received no effort from your end to do so until after the auction closed. What you are doing is extremely bad eBay etiquette, and more importantly, bidding and winning an auction is a binding contract, you are obligated to pay for the auctions you have won.
