I happen to like suits, idk why. I got one made with a vest. It's gangster. Not this new sitting on a stoop with my homies in a stupid hat kind of gangster, the old fat italian gangster. Tony Soprano.

the weather in nyc has gotten cool and summer is over.
:)
dress cool aand shavee and chew lots of gum b4 your interview like orbit or some thing and dress comfortable fashionable current fashions as well dont look out of place, and dont fidget during teh interview, and be presentable.
go over your work history and know it, when questions surface about your caareer, you should be ready with your answers on the fly!
good luck!!!
also ask for a ton more money than you are thinking, as i was recently looking for werk in nyc i found 1 seriously great thing that happened...our economy is doing great, meaning companies are paying big bucks finally!!!
ask for at least $125k
you can do it!!!!
go get em!
wear muted colour tones with light accents, dress casual, dont wear a tie, dont dress like you are interviewing for BlockBuster video, do not wear khakis and light blue button down shirt.
:)

Business casual should be fine.
I work in the government, and I wore a dress shirt and dress pants while having my interview. After I got the job, I wore darker colours and dress shirts. After about two weeks, I realized that I could dress a bit more casually now (most of the other employees dress more casually than I do), so now I wear dark shirts with some trousers. I'm not going to wear jeans though.

attention to the details, that's a must.
shoes, watch.. don't underestimate them. it's all about how you coordinate your clothes. nyc studios are casual in most cases, but try to dress sharp and somewhat fashionable. don't overdo it.

I wear a suit at all times, even when exercising

Wear a toga outfit and tell them you're Greek.

i wore a button up shirt and some wider cords and I was fine.
don't be a slouch, but don't over do it.
or just wear some slacks and a button up. no tie. pretty basic.

nice gray slacks.
black button down dress shirt, top button open.
black belt. black shoes.if it's 'casual' feel free to roll up the sleeves before the interview.
if they swear... you swear. if they put their feet on the desk. you lean back in the chair and take a chill attitude.
try to mimic them a bit but don't make it obvious.
and bring them a six pack as a token of appreciation.

The mohawk was the result of killing a handle of malibu with an attractive lady who then asked if she could cut my hair. I shaved it off a few weeks later so don't worry about that.
I know my history front and back and I am a really random person so im pretty good at coming up with random answers to random questions.
