What are your thoughts on working for R/GA? Positive? Negative?

i interviewed there ages ago, seemed a bit of an intense place but in that 'we make bad ass work so step up and make rad work with us' sort of way.

I agree - they don't hire full-time starting out as well. Which can be kind of a turn off switching from a place with full benefits..

i had dinner with a girl who work there. she said she likes it.
i interviewed there too like 3-4yrs ago. i met all ADs and they were pretty cool. I think many people I met left since then.

NO, who's Level II?
R/GA won't hire you full time for a full year. I've heard the hours are long but the projects are the best you can get.
I interviewed there about a month ago. It's very impressive, just sitting in the lobby with the walls full of awards.
