(Aug 12 05, 09:00)cos, get a shit ton of gum, and lollies, and tooth picks. thats what has been helping me. + a few years back, I quit for a year and a half. Lollies worked that miracle.

Green tea extract pills are good for tension and cravings after you quit. I guess it helps the detox.
