Really slow for the last few days, occasionally crashing FF.
Seems it's been ever since that 55DSL ad popped up

The last time NT was unstable for me on osx it was down to the older version of the flash plugin i was running.

Had the same problem here on Safari, turns out a simple empty cache fixed it.
- johnjoe0
I've tried emptying the cache but still no joy!?

Emptied cache, got latest version of flash player...
It's improved it, but still not as fast as it has been.
Tried using Safari, goes like the clappers!

Safari has the newest version of flash player installed (Shockwave Flash 7.0 r24)

posted this lastnight, although NT worked for me first try right now:
"I'm not sure what's going on, but for some reason I can't get on NT...
When I attempt to, the status bar says "loading 18 of 19 items" and then just crashes.
It crashes Safari and Firefox, but every other site loads and functions fine. I've repaired permissions, cleared my cache, restarted... and it's still happening. Is it me? I just updated to 10.4.2. My browsers have never crashed befor this.
How am I posting now you ask?
Well, it took me about 10 crashes before it worked(yes i'm a spaz) - but i bet if i close out and try again it won't work.:/

Newstoday crashes in ie 5.1 on my beast mac, quite often.

If it is the ads on the left screwing with your machine, select a Broadcast Author and it won't refresh and no ads.
- Neuarmy0
yea, but radar, i come to NT, it loads the first 3 columns and then just crashes, no chance to clear the ads, ya know? ahh, at least it's not my machine - i was worried..

in ie .macosx it used to crash my browser everytime i would put a new address in the bar (try to leave nt).
still does it sometimes, but not everytime like before.
