totally have to do it to the metronome... get the timing just right.. man it sounds good. the rest is too tappy, too:
"listen to me, I've got a huge soldano (or laney / marshall ) stack with 10,000 dollars worth of rack gear.. ( or some software )."
I'd take a jazz solo, or a neil young solo over any of this glam shit.
It's hella fun though.

Eric Johnson is great, but he isn't a shredder. He's far too tasteful and Fender makes a signature guitar for him for like $3,000 - the most expensive they make.
Shredder guitars are never that expensive...
