Thinking of relocating and a potential employer whats to know these things. How would you answer the following questions in the most professional manner. This will be my first relocation, so I need some help here. :)
-What would your time schedule be re: moving out here?
Could you plan on moving here as early as September?
-What kind of salary requirements do you have?
-Would you need financial help with the move to Santa Fe?

2 grand to move at least

That would cover what, a new apartment, food for a month, gas, do employers do this oftened, i mean im a flash/actionscript programmer - and i know i can add to the company's revenue, so i wouldn't feel bad asking for that.

no that covers the cost of gas, time, packing, and moving to relocate. I've never heard of the employer helping to get your living expenses started out but if you can move for less you may have some extra money left for that.
larger outfits 50+ employees usually do this alot

1 thing to remember, you can write-off moving expenses for a new job. So, consider the tax savings into the overall cost.
I think that your salary is going to depend on where you work. I mean, they may not have many projects that take advantage of your skillset, so you may end up doing simple stuff a lot of the time. Therefore, they may want to hire someone that is cheap(ish).
if it is a good agency or something, i'd say 45-55.TR1

It's standard practice for them to pay ALL moving expenses (so get them quoted and ask for that)
