1 thing to remember, you can write-off moving expenses for a new job. So, consider the tax savings into the overall cost.
I think that your salary is going to depend on where you work. I mean, they may not have many projects that take advantage of your skillset, so you may end up doing simple stuff a lot of the time. Therefore, they may want to hire someone that is cheap(ish).
if it is a good agency or something, i'd say 45-55.TR1
