Well I was gonna go to work on my new site design when I go to my website and it's gone!!!!! I got this ensim page that is now replacing my splash page! WTF!!!!! I think I'm freakin out!!!! Is everyone else seeing this too???? WTF!?!?!?!?

If those are your contact details then:
a) The domain is yours and your hosting company just moved it to a different server.
b) they suck shit for not telling you - fire them and get mediatemple
c) if you don't want all your info to be there on a whois lookup, re-read (b)
