i love the opening page, that was real refreshing. and the work is sharp. not a fan of the clicking sounds. super clean tho. great job

1. i did find the opening page (with all the pople on it) a bit confusing to navigate. i am slow but it took me a minute to figure out you actually have to click on the image to keep it up (and hence able to actually click the link to view their work).
2. why put the site in a popup window?
