i really like it.
i would go a bit less on the flashing 'next' and i'd like a 'back'.
also, maybe have the title/caption appear when the photo loads, then disappear vs. only showing up when hovering 'next'.

I'd lose the border and have the panels fading from your background grey rather than the white
ultra simple...
with a desciption on the grey or something?

not sure if you need the 'next' arrow animation on every pic. probably just the first one, I think people will get it seeing it once. Kinda distracting to see it every time. looking good though.

the preloader is a bit big too... can't you use the fades to show the preloader? everytime it gets past a percentage eg. 5 strips /20 %... it fades one out or something like that?

nice jevad, my only comment:
It would be nice if the photo didn't diappear while the next was loading. I don't like having to look at white inbetween the photos. The loading bar could be above or even over the photo, but it's nice to have something to look at while wating

I like the simplicity, but I don't like the big arrow, I'd use just text or nothing after the first time. Also I'd like to see some sort of indication of how many photo's I'm clicking through. All in all, pretty nice and simple, the way things should be.

transition is elegant but I'm bothered by the animation of the arrow...interrupts the experience of the photographs IMHO.

i don't have anything new to add really. I agree that after the first slide, people will get how to get to the next slide. I too would also like to see something in between rather than whiteness. A loader over the top of the current photo would be nice.
Another minor thing: the initial loader seems to go an arbitrary amount. Maybe it should go all the way across the frame?

"down-rez the photos" was one comment...and yeah it's the internets...but nothing gets my goat more than seeing compressed jpgs in a photo gallery! I need the sharpness man!

I have something like this that goes both ways using php loadvars so just upload to the directory and you're golden
it doesn't scale or resize the graphic though so you have to do that beforehand, I never got around to finishing it

But I like jevad's one better, it loads much smoother.
The only thing I'd change specifically is that you can't click further until the caption has appeared.... One direction or two doesn't bug too much if you can just click through...

the only reason I dont load smoothly is I use the transparent background in my html
it can be faster and will if he configures it to be similar to his layout
he is receiving a simpler version
