true, my point was not the fact that he would break while being interrogated or that he would make a deal and tell who or where the other terrorists where. i'm just saying that with him alive and in the hands of police there is still a chance (as little as it could be) that something could be taken from him. dead, he's useless.

apparently one of the ruck sacks had 'fitness first' on them... I have seen loads of them recently... infact the other day I though they must have been giving a lot away free! gulp!

(Jul 22 05, 03:24)Aye - the one on the no.26 bus in Hackney did... Not a great advert really.
Fair play to the cops - if they thought the boy had a bomb then they should be trying to stop him detonating it first and worrying about getting information from him later.

------------------------i saw one of those the last time i was in london. The only reason i noticed was because the person wearing it was certainly not fit. if you know what i mean....................

"I dont really think these brainwashed wankers would give the cops any info anyway."
not sure about that, there are methods.
like promising them 72 virgins or so?

Im just happy that were handling correctly now.
No pussyfooting about, take these guys out.
Even the public are sorting it out. Last week everyone ran when they saw bombers...on yesterdays train, the public moved in for the attack.
*2 cheers for London*

ha... true. but it's about the same thing they can find out when you are alive and in their hands. plus, you know, the fact that he was alive and something could slip out of his mouth.
- Crouwel0
hope they got it right cos if it's an innocent civilian the situation just got f®©ked by the power of ten.
Bluejam
(Jul 22 05, 03:11)but would an innocent person run for the police and have a gun? cuz he did have a gun didn't he?
- -_MU_-0
Well, if i was a cop with a gun and though someone was about to detonate a bomb on a train... well, you wouldn't fuck about would you What if he did not shoot and then 10 people die in the blast. If a cop points a gun at you you stop running, put your hands up, and say 'yes sir, how can i help you?'. tell u what though, i am starting to get sick of living in london.

(Jul 22 05, 03:39)sorry but i call bollocks.
this is only an excuse, to gain popularity.Osama and the likes didn't have any sympathy for Iraq before, many muslim groups there hate him, he hated Saddam who was no muslim but "christian" etc.etc.etc.
In fact AlQueda is more pissed off over the destruction of their bases in Afghanistan and the extinction of the Taliban regime then the war in Iraq. Believe me.
- its_only_me0
If the guy was innocent, there is no way the police can afford to reveal that.
They may be stupid but not that stupid.
