seriously it totally gripped the world didnt it? I ahd a mate who became a Y2K specialist for about 12 months, cleaned UP! i remember India forgot trying to cure all computers and started a disaster plan to cope with the planes falling from the sky and country standing still

we had a big party and right as the countdown hit zero, i tripped the main breaker to cut the power to the whole house, everyone panicked for a few seconds, it was funny.
