Thanks for saying so, we all miss her terribly.
You're stoked...I would have sex with the Zep box set.
Lately I like to go up on the roof of my house w/ beer and friends and play the DVD loud enough for the neighbors within 3 blocks to enjoy.

"in my time of dyin'" is in fact on dylan's first album. but it was a cover by him as well. it was a folk song prior to that...
check out www.allmusic.com to be sure... im lazy...
also, if you listen to the riff/rhythm of the song and then listen to Twist of Cain by Danzig.... remarkable simularity no?

Family members still look at me, shake their heads and speak with an ever-present tang of disappointment when i play zeppelin... they say "you listen to heavy metal?"
Zeppelin has never been heavy metal. At least not the way I'm used to hearing it.
So much for taste, I'm guessing Portuguese folklore bands were considered pretty badass in the day too.

not metal, the essence of rock, excellent musicianship and a touch of fantasy in a 70's kinda way. trippy.

Ooh. Tough one really. I often will go through the entire catalog if I just need continuous listening pleasure as the music is incredibly consistent and pretty much every song to me strikes a cord, physically and mentally.
Physical Graffiti is my favorite album.
'Over the hills and far away' is my favorite song, I get chills everytime I hear the break.
so much... so much... so much... DA DA DA!!!! many times i loved many times been bitten...

'In My Time of Dying'
the two guitar solos are fucking genius. Love that slide into the dirty guitar...
It wasn't a Bob Dylan original either. First bloke to play this was Blind Willie Johnson.
