altavista translation tool says "rollover" in english is "rollover" in spanish...
- brandelec0
forget what i said, i think it means over the roll
- grafholic0
if i change rollover to roll over, then spanish translation came out as "rodillo encima"
i have no idea validity of the translation though.

There's no translation for it. Just put the word inside quotation marks.

Moral has it right.
there is a lot of terminology (specially inside computer/internet terms) that remains the same.
Rollover (as in rollover action in a button) is the same.
Another example is "Chat" (as in internet chat) although the correct translation is "conversar / charlar / platicar) when it inside the internet chat context, is chat, and the action is "chatear" wich probably doesn't exist in a dictionary yet, or was added very recently.
Depending on the context (if different than the button action) rollover could be translated as rodar, rodar sobre, girar de lado, enrollar, etc
Hope that helps!

girar de lado and enrollar is wrong.
If you actually study the word RollOver it doesnt really mean girar de lado which means roo on the side. and enrollar means rolling in.

I think "rollover" would do it.
I really can think of any word that can be used in spanish for rollover.
I'm mexican by the way.......and I'm a little drunk right now

You can use rollover also in spanish. we can understand it.
some might understand it better as "mouseover"
Both "rollover" or "mouseover" can be understood, but it would also depend on the country.is this for a client? if so , from which country?
- spaniard0
you could put 'pasar cursor/ratón encima' (mouseover), 'haz click aqui' (click here) or just use as is, they love a bit of english...
- CaP0
yup... it might be easier if you give us the whole sentence. try.

pull-over = camisola
rollover = xx = (rollover*camisola)/pull-over
x = ro(ll)isola / pu(ll)-over
x = rosillusera
