I've had all sorts of identity updates/redesigns, they're always worse than starting from scratch. The worst one I've done was updating the main logo on this page..

I thought the project was a re-design, but in the end all they wanted was for me to fit the main graphic into a circle and wrap the type, so it could go on packaging. I was able to tweak the chicken a bit and we all love tweaking the chacken...

in general, logos feel kind of cornball to me, akin to a pun, the lowest form of humor
but I actually like that logo, snuggles

me too, I was pretty surprised when I saw it, I had the brief for a few days before I bothered looking at it, figuring it would be terrible...

a client just threatened to use one of those $95 on-line logo design things---
we said, ok
