So glad you got FF Tartine. I'm sure it will come in handy on a future proj.
Finer as in?
More formal?
Finer lines?
More pretty?

Dig that fearless ampersand!
Oh I think your Tartine mark is the best by far, especially for a logo which will be reproduced at all sorts of sizes. I might print these all at tiny, business card sizes and show the client what happens to fine lines. Maybe you've already done that and they are still insistent. In that case, try the following (tho they all might be a little too formal):
Sloop

I agree, i like the Tartine the most. I think the others are a little too formal for the nature of the job.
don't mind this though—

a little old for the job — but thanks for the link linearch.

I love the Type Quarry stuff as well. Definitely better for a period design tho, whereas Tartine and Ministry are what I'd call modern scripts.
What does Love&Lustre sell? Is modern even a requirement? Would a classy italic work?

womans basic wear, like undies and singlets etc.
they want a modern script, it's a must to them.
i'm going to try and convince them of one of the two i've done.
BTW thanks for all your help typographica. MApprec.

Civility - Much finer, but damn fine.
http://www.veer.com/partner/link…Wendy - Maybe a little too dainty and you'd probably want to redraw the amp, but it's cute as heck.

Wendy is something we considered earlier, along with Latinum. Too thin however. It has to be embroided etc— small places! Good for future ref however.

Sofia Script has some luscious 'l's.
