Really sorry to hear that. V best regards to you and your family. Something similar happened to my wife and I a couple of years ago.
On a positive note, no matter how bad it feels at the time, you get over it and get on with life. Happily my wife is pregnant again (only 7 weeks), we're keeping our fingers crossed.

i'm sorry to hear the sad news.
my sincere sympathy goes to you and your family...especially your sister-in-law...
it must be hard for everyone, but when my friend had a miscarriage, she blamed herself for it...but it's not her fault. so if she seems to be blaming herself..please tell her it isn't her fault.my hug goes out to all of you.
