How hard is it for MM or Adobe to do a google search for cracks and find thousands of sites out there hosting cracks for their software?
How hard is it to actually catch any of these people?

from what I understand a software crack is not illegal to make and distribute, it's only illegal for people to use it for the purpose of cracking software and using it for free.
