The cure is in the prevention. If you had thought it through clearly you would have bought a watch that clasps instead of one of those 90s style expanding types.
But as the situation has evolved itself here as such *sigh* I recommend a firm yank with an alcohol absorbed swabby nearby.

Dear Doctor,
Thank you for your solution to the pube-watch situation. It worked a charm. JazX has also now fixed my lumpy crotch, but in doing so has caused me to start lactating from my third nipple. I wouldn't mind so much but it tastes like sour cream and chives, instead of the usual synthetic cream.
Can you recommend a recipe for me to take advantage of this abnormality?
