  I agree, obsolete.

  It annoys me to no end when I don't get an email reply, at the very least. It really doesn't take much time to write back and let you know what's up. Those people deserve to be ignored. I definitely think it's worse to not get a response.

  I agree too, I've been on both sides and I can tell you that I'd rather not write a rejection email, as I feel really bad that I would hurt someone's feelings.
