Anyone have any links to flash sites that use a sticky button effect? like magnetized to the cursor style when it gets close?

yeah a little like that, I saw a magazine site , import tuner mag or something like XXL that had these magnitized buttons effect that was pretty sweet....
Now I cant find it...sucks.
