are you training for a boxing match?
- JazX0
ok, you're telling us you bought shoes right? nice one :)
- lvl_130
nah, nike had a promo correct? i think it was for like 1 day or one hour or something where they were just giving away free shoes if you were lucky enough to catch them.
- JazX0
ohh in that case freee is great! even niceer
- ludawg0
man i wish they were free! dropped a benjamin for em.
- mogwai0
oh you mean those slippers. what will you be training for in them?
- emokid0
how did you get them for free? i want two.
- ludawg0
mainly training for volleyball. i play in a league, and in tournaments periodically.
the idea behind the free is to mimic barefoot travel. current athletic shoes provide so much support that your feet start to get lazy.
here's a review

Which is why I wear a flat casual shoe, converse or flip flops most of the time

i've been running in them for 3 days. they have no support at all for any part of your foot or ankle, so don't get them if you run on crazy surfaces like cobblestone, or outdoors.
they are great lightweight trainers and come with two different thickness inserts. if you can run on a track or flat surface, go for it. nice in the summer too.

oh my fault. was i making that up? i swear i heard it somewhere on here? hmmm...
- Point50
hmmmm... on my Mac Firefox browser, the menu on the left is all kinda janky. What's up with that font?!
- ludawg0
looks fine on my mac. maybe a font issue?
- Point50
I guess.... wtf?
