No arinya, understand the cultural context and audience when he was teaching. :) We must always consider the context when studying scripture.
You cannot produce a single passage of scripture where Jesus indicates that salvation is the result of works. The focus of Jesus ministry was discipleship and he was speaking to a Jewish audience who were performance focused.

It's called a theory for a reason. But to go beyond your simplistic objection. The occurance is fact, the nature, shape and cause of the universe are not facts, they are emcompassed by the theory you just mentioned.

I believe most suffering in the world is the result of the corrupting power of sin which permeates everything. The Bible says that "creation groans for it's redemption". But that it will be redeemed one day... that's the good news.
