i think someone has spyware in my shower at home, everytime without fail i am covered with soap the water goes instant ice cold!

if you need to block stuff that gets attached to email, you need anti-virus software.
if you need to block spyware from sneakin in, you need anti-spyware.
generally, installing both or more is highly recommended.
