you can cook to your specifications. that's how most restaurants are like in korea, well, 16 years ago they were. my parents prefer it that way. they have a grill like those in their house.

No way man. It's so much better. Sometimes they come and cook it for you, depending on the restaurant, but it's far better when you cook it yourself.
