where is 37st and 5 ave, artdirector? i guess i'm kinda close to NYC, it's a 45-60 minute drive from here depending on traffic 45 minute train ride.

my mom knows how to cook everything, if she doesn't, she calls upon one of her 5 sisters and they will know. i ate every korean food there is probably. now i get excited when i get to eat cheeseburgers at bbq's.

I'm in Manhattan close to the Compusa on 37st, near midtown. 5 ave is always crowded with tourist.

KTown man. but if you want some awesome ja-ja-myun, go to 35th and between 5th and 6th, right next to Hanbat.

ArtDirector, here, check this place out sometime. They deliver too from what I've heard:

nice twooh, I usually order in at least once a week so I'll definetly check them out.
I just gave them a call, and yep, they deliver. I just can't order the kimchi, the spice is too strong to eat here.

how is the ktown in NY? i heard its big.
ktown in Toronto is just one street with 3 blocks.. and it seems like they didnt renovate since the 70s.
i miss LA ktown.. the girls girls girls and food
- twooh0
NY Ktown is just one block. LA KTown is much bigger, and much better (foodwise).
ArtDirector, aw man, kimchi is the shit!
But I understand, just make sure you eat the ja-ja-myun there.
- twooh0
kimchi is good if someone is pissing you off, you can just breathe on em....

The main strip of KTown is about 5 blocks long I believe. There's a restaurante called Gum Gan Sang (spelling might be off) that's very high end. A lot of nice places to eat around the area.
There's also Flushing Queens which is like another KTown town which is where I live.
