Sorry for posting this here but I am wondering if anyone else experiences this...
Going to bed early and waking up before 10am makes me physically sick... like if I wake up after 10am then I feel ok....
Is it possible that I have some physiological reaction to waking up early thinking that I am going to my old job which used to make me puke almost every day?

no.... I didnt.... I mean it really only happens whenever I got to sleep early and wake up earlier then 10.... the earlier I wake up the sicker I am ....on a full nights sleep to....
but if I go to bed at like 4am and wake up at 10 or 11 I am fine.... actually now that I think of it...I am fine as long as I go to bed late.... maybe I have an adverse reaction to more hours of sleep....

liquid, if i go to sleep and get more than 8 hours i'm in worse shape than if i got 4 hours of sleep.
i think you've conditioned yourself on less sleep so try getting only 6 or 7 hours.

your body needs consistency in sleep as much as it needs ~8 hours. if you're used to 4am-11am, then your body will be shocked by 11pm-7am.
it takes time for a new sleep sched to set it. no worries.

dude...if I could get clients that I didnt have to post about taking them to court then yeah...I would have a sweet schedule...and up until about a couple a months ago I was doing alright...
its just a rough patch...I'll get through it
