my bet is that its either the vid card, cable not in properly or your monitor about to burst.
do u have another monitor? can you try connectin anotherone?

its probally cables or vid card.. or monitor setting..
try another MHZ on y our resolution

yeah, if the monitor is old it probably means it's about to die. good luck though.

Move it back where it was and check if the display is still shaking. Could be magnetic interference.
Hopefully you didn't damage/jolt the tube when you moved it.
If all else fails, shave your head.

My old G3 iBook just had that happen to it and it turned out to be the logic board recall thingy. Replaced it and it works great now.
