Thinking about subscribing to Communication Arts. Just seeing if anyone knew of any other good design mags i might want to look into.

by far look into getting HOW or PRINT
i really love metropolis or readymade for alot of asthtic reasons
but dont forget baseline
its a quarterly that just rocks if your really into designthese are all really great magazines for those who like to spend alot in looking at others work

How has some good issues, Print is alright too. Although I would not say it is as must, I find Print tends to repeat so much of the work featured in their add. I have seen work 3 years in a row in their Annuals of the same piece. I decided to just get issues of Print that I like, since I canceled my subscription. Although Print is definitely better than HOW. How targets in some articles alot of desktop publisher type of people.
I checked out the type issue of Step magazine last month which was decent, but I have not checked out enough of them to judge.
If I had money I would be all over Baseline magazine.
