anzelina: what account are you looking at? I just FTP'd into your anzelina.com account with no problems by IP address. I do notice, however, that anzelina.com is resolving to 63.251.83.53, which is not in our IP space. And we're not the authority for the DNS servers either.

so i submitted a ticket asking why my plan hadnt been updated yet, and was told that my service is in a hard-queue and will be updated to the 2gig plan in 20 days.
hard-queues suck!

yea, i must be in the hard-queue too, which sucks as i'm up to 9.7GB of transfer, and my limit is 15GB...

no I got an immediate bump up to 1gb.... from 500mb which was the old advanced account......
but my bandwidth didnt get bumped or nothing else....

Hey guys. We are hard at work migrating people as quickly as we can. As I type this, people are getting upgraded. We've successfully upgraded thousands of people already, and we have thousands more to go before we're done. Needless to say, I won't be sleeping much for a while. :)
Unfortunately, because of the sheer number of factors that we have to think about with a project this big, we can not make any individual exceptions to migrate certain people out of order. We have a plan that we've laid down, and deviating from this plan (which has been working exceptionally well, we've had extremely few problems) could introduce bugs into the procedure that would have a lot of bad effects.
Just hold tight, let us keep rocking it, and enjoy the mountains of disk space when we're done. Thanks.
