Its supprising how much of the nation is controlled by corporations. The government can't do much about school dinners because they are contracted out to private firms.

Our green recycling box is organised by a charity set up by local residents who make a profit and donate the money to local charities - so in a way I'm glad the council never took the initiative.

what gets me the most is one week one daughter turns up, aged 12 and announces she's pregnant.
