yeah... that's Francis Ford Coppola's Winery. Cool place - it's got a museum of lots of original stuff used in his movies and oscars, etc.

It was never illegal...
They've changed the rules for distribution so that it's easier for smaller vinyards and wineries to sell to people without having to spend tons of money to get a distributor.
