well, it's one thing to know the ins and outs of a language/technology. you can be a walking AS guru/dictionary and still not be a great programmer.
Moock knows his stuff, but is he a genius programmer who is inventive/creative and doing cutting edge things or just showing users how to get the most out of AS? perhaps that's what they are trying to say.
Natzke is a bit different. his work doesn't so much show his knowledge of flash/AS as much as it does his abilities as a creative programmer. If you spend enough time with a language, you're going to be good with it. he obviously is, but he's considered a master because of what he does with that knowledge.

the job posts never mentions that this candidate be sensitive to interaction design, only that they be a technical powerhouse.
