go to the museum of science and industry. there is the "bodyworlds" exhibit going on there. I highly suggest not eating before you go.
also, get a good pizza.

Go to Reckless records on North Milwaukee.

if you're new to the city hop in a cab and say 'the alley'. once there there is a shitload of cool stores on clark.
