I accually also owned a rm6 2cents. I managed to tear the bottom bracket off the frame before I had any issues with the bearings. Mine are fine as I just started using it this year so it only has like, 3 harsh rides on it. None the less, my shop has a set of custom bearings for me for when they do eventually go.

nice... mine is going in next week, shop has teh bearings on order... i must have about 1/2 inch of play right now.
