I'm in the middle of making wordtemplates for a client and now this bitch is not even able to copy the shit from her desktop to a folder..!! ON OSX!!!!!!

i once had to explain a windows user to turn the computer off via the phone:
"go to start"
"where is it?"
"bottom left corner"
"i don't see it"
"is your taskbar (or whatever its calle don windoze i forgot) visible?"
"what is that?"

at the moment i'm struggling with the online POWERPOINT HELP, and yes: on a PC laptop. it's dutch, but geez, it looks like it's written by a bunch of belgians:
