hahaha, sorry. i know that.
i once had to explain a windows user to turn the computer off via the phone:
"go to start"
"where is it?"
"bottom left corner"
"i don't see it"
"is your taskbar (or whatever its calle don windoze i forgot) visible?"
"what is that?"

and i myself hardly ever use windoze.
