It's probablt their "first official" performance after doing the album and doing nothing but rehearsing 24-7 getting ready to blow up.

It sounds like it could be a very early performance - they only did songs like "Clampdown" pretty early on, and the "sound" of the recording - i.e. the crowd sounds like they are hearing fresh material aren't into it too much, or like they know the songs, etc...
When I saw them in '99 it was like a riot - kids beating up security gaurdsduring "F**K you I won't do what you tell me..." - it was one of the most intense rock show I had ever been too. And I only went to escort my boss's 14 year old son first golly gee for real rock concert. Afterwards I told the kid - "Kid, you just set the bar REAL high for any other rock show you might go too.."
I've seen hundred of shows - and that one still the best ever in my book for intensity, sound, crowd...

no idea. big-papes saw zach at morton's steak house last night though. there is no better way to say fuck THE MAN then ordering a $100 steak and $80 bottle of wine....
