However I think you are confused in thinking that I am expecting money from them. The original questin came frmt he fact that they were asking for money to publish the winning entries.

A similar thing happened to me, I won a luxury villa in Portugal but could only claim it if I bent over and they took a substantial payment out of my ass!!

reminds me of that king of the hill show... peggy hill toook an online genius test...and sure enough, she was a genius. then she qualified for an honorary Phd...if she paid $2000 for it. hehe.

you know, you could just screw the print pubilicty BUT add the award to your resume...as you technically did win it.
