If you boss makes complains, whatever it may be, just listen, don't talk back, don't try to explain yourself, even if your boss if wrong. Always reply with "yes" and "ok no problem", "I'll do it right now". If you always follow those rules, soon your boss is always going to leave you alone, never question you, never harrass you again.

good tips everyone, after a year of agency, im in between jobs...and looking again in boston...

and to screw the female crew.
and do ask if people wanna get high in towlies voice, if the look at you funny say its from southpark and your kids got you saying it.
Do show up late on the first day, makes you look important and confident, just dont flop around like a fish out of water if you do though.
