Hi, I'm looking for a job in LA! I need the names either recruitment agencies or companies that are hiring.

what in terms of visa's you mean tricky.

I would try to do it without them as much as possible, I have found that the recruits have too many people to push and they take a big bite out of the check, so if you are any good at being a job hustler I would say do it yourself but if not email me and I can give you a list of companies.

Yes Visa's . Most companies out hear don't want to deal with them so much unless they really like you and the work u do. At least that is the impression I get, could be wrong tho.

you must likely will need a H1B Visa, and the company that wants to hire you needs to start the movement.
Sometimes Immigration requires the company to post a job opening in a local newspaper to give opportunity to the local community first. Then they will reject everyone who applies, of course because they "want" you.
Then they show how no one met their requirements and so they 'need' YOU.
Now the H1B visa is issued and you are asked to go to USA to work.
In a nutshell what will take as little as 3 months or as long as a year or more.
