May the fifth my fellow Brits
EVERY VOTE COUNTS
But then I think the party with the best AD agency/PR team will win.
Brits will buy anything if it's sold to them well.

- version30

you guys are voting for a new prime minister?
could blair run again? i don't really know how the british government works...it's hard enough to keep with the States...
- rasko40
we vote for parties as opposed to individuals. the parties themselves decide upon their chosen leader, in effect and in all likelihood, Blair will stand again.
- QuincyArcher0
interesting...how many parties?
- vburo0
i just saw blaaare talking like a robot with a bad battery..
what's with all the stuttering and the fanatic face???
- rasko40
its primarily between Labour (blair) and conservative (howard), Liberal Democrats have been gaining strength recently but that is usual a protest vote, then there are a bunch of minor parties that stand no real chance.

i heard a speach blair was giving on the radio this morning, his voice reminded me of something weird but i can't think of what it was now. lemme think about it and get back to you
- vburo0
i think blare is radio controlled now..

I would be fucking depressed if I was a voter in the UK right now...

(Apr 5 05, 15:11)yeah, atleast the US has the daily show to provide complacency/comfort...
- rasko40
I honestly have no idea how it would feel to actually want to cast a vote for somebody as opposed to simply casting a vote against somebody else.
- nLHb0
i always wonder that rasko. voting is so depressing, there is never anyone i agree or feel connected to their policies with
- mattyd0
i second that. i would have voted for clinton outright if i was old enough...
- QuincyArcher0
personally, i don't vote. i don't see any reason why...

They replaced the human Tony Blair with a clone like in Westworld during his 'hospital" operations. Last I heard, the guy pushing his buttons runs a country called North America.
This accounts for the Maggie Thatcher sex allegations with Ronnie Reagan. He thought he got himself a new fembot (albeit a slightly crone-like version like Zelda from Terrorhawks).

(Apr 5 05, 15:11)It's a sad state of affairs that the two main candidates, Blair and Howard are not worth a vote and as usual the Lib Dems won't garner enough attention in the end to win it.
I am going to vote Lib Dem anyway, I normally vote for the Green Party but they couldn't run the country if they got in anyway.
The good news is that Blair said he won't run again after this election so at worst we have 4 more years of Bush's poodle.

how aboot a bunch of us get together and try and seize power.
