Solid- sorry i should have been more clear. the recent pic is of the ultra-light ver. the other one that says jeremy is the black ver.
so its really one font in 2 weights, that i am developing at the same time.
i think the 45 deg. thing is an artifact, because they are actually radious curves.

I liked the heavier version. The thin lines really exaggerate the mathematical process you used to make them.
UpperCase:
B - top heavy
E - raise the middle bar a little (center vertically optically)
G,V,M - feels thin
J - feels wide
W - awkward (make like the lowercase)if you have to convince yourself to make optical decisions remember that even the mathematical center doesn't always look like the center.

skelly- yep at this point the lc is more well developed i feel. i am going to tweak the uc optically and then generate a Black ver. of this geometry/revision.

making a font is BY FAR the most difficult design task i have ever entered into. it may very well ruin my life, but i'm in it to win it.
just needed to vent. :-)
